We know you’re excited for your Nuna gear (and we are too!). Below, we’ve outlined details of what you can expect with shipping when ordering your gear from us on Nuna Direct.


Free Shipping in Canada

Enjoy free shipping across Canada on orders over $99 (before taxes, after discounts). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Please note that additional shipping fees may apply to remote or rural areas in Canada. If your delivery address falls within a remote region, our Customer Care team will contact you to confirm any applicable charges before processing your order.

Free shipping offers are valid within Canada only.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian holidays).

During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Within Canada

To prevent fraudulent transactions, billing and shipping addresses must match. If they do not match, our team will contact you for verification or cancel the order if necessary.

Shipping to a different address than the billing address is only available through Affirm.

We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post and Canpar, depending on your location.


Delivery Times in Canada

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 1–3 business days for major urban areas
  • 4–8 business days for most other regions across Canada
  • Up to 10–14 business days for remote or rural areas

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and carrier and are estimates only and not guaranteed.


Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Canada only. Some remote locations may require additional shipping fees or extended delivery times.

In rare cases where shipping costs exceed standard rates, our team will contact you before processing your order.

Large items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Nuna Canada Customer Care as soon as possible:

  • If your order has not shipped, it will be cancelled and fully refunded
  • If your order is already in transit, please refuse delivery. Once returned to our warehouse, a refund will be issued

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged:

  • We recommend refusing delivery, so it can be returned and refunded
  • If accepted, please keep all packaging and note the damage upon delivery (if applicable)
